Buy recommendations Showoff your Double Barrel

Hey shooters, Am here looking for some recommendations for buying a SXS double barrel 28”. Would prefer something available with minimal engravings also not super expensive like some Browning. Appreciate any pictures with names to look for.

I'll encourage philosophy of the "Harbour Freight Tool"

Basically, when you need a new tool or gun, start with the cheap but reliable option, like a Harbour Freight tool.  Then see, if you use it enough to actually break or wear out the tool, then replace it with a fancier, more expensive and durable version.

Foe your case? I highly recommend going to Intersurplus and picking up an old used European Double barrel.  They have old Russian Baikals. They have Swedish Husqvarnas. They have Czech  BRNO guns, and they have a bunch of great German brands and even a few Spanish and Italian ones.

I personally picked up a Husqvarna for cheap, like 3-4 hundred bucks. Been working beautifully for me, I doubt I'll ever break it.

They do also have some 20 inch coach guns, if you want something different than the long barrel versions. Less brands available, but then again, a machine square and a hacksaw can make any shotgun into a coach gun

A word of caution about intersurplus, you may find yourself turning into a shotgun collector once you start using them. I ended up having to buy a new cabinet to hold my Euro shotgun collection.

I feel this.... I'm one double barrel in...

Then I see some nice O/U shotguns....

Then I see 3006 Browning Bars....

Then I see cheap wood stock  bolt actions  with nice iron sights....

Then I see folks who cut down and make their own coach guns or cut down o/u shotguns....

It's really hard staying at just 1 gun from  them!  I'll likely end up with a few more before too long
