How’s the eye relief on that scope. It seems really far forward

It's actually quite comfortable! I never used a scout scope until buying this rifle, but found it very natural to line up a good sight. I still prefer a standard scope for further shots, as these are fairly low magnification (2-7x), but does allow for quick snap shots and a wider peripheral view with both eyes open

That’s enough to fit a 12” plate at 1000m no problem
