It's expanding though? Literally a new gun range in Mississauga and there was a recent news article about the surge in gun license applications in Toronto.
it ebbs and flows. pal applications where at record lows in the martin/early harper years. then they got rid of the long gun registry and interest started to go back up. its also when canadian tire started selling guns again.
