Two ways.

Either the government wins and the OICs stay or the CCFR wins and the Liberals use their majority to push through bans anyway and mop up the SKS with Indig carveouts.

Indigenous carveouts would send things right back to court with a new/different charter challenge

I don't know if i fully agree with this since it sounds like they're upset about a lot more then the SKS... i'm a little confused by the buck stopped at the SKS though.
