One thing I would be curious to see is the OIC and Property Rights. Especially given we are looking at this ALTO disaster.. what if an idea was to be made that they could use an OIC to take land for the purpose of this project - damned be the protests.

Something to think about.

Can't they already do that? But like they're forced to actually pay unlike now where they aren't even bothering to pay.

No I was talking about the guns and how the government is avoiding fair payment.
