The ruling won't come out until mid 2027, on average it takes 6 months for them to release a ruling. If it were political they would've just declined to hear the case. 8 months from granting leave is actually slightly higher than the SCCs average time between leave and hearing.

The fact that the case is being heard so early has me worried - I thought for sure this would be a 2027 thing.
Now I think it’s politically motivated - which will not play out in our favour.
