Man, if the court upholds the governments decisions on all this, there is a whole Pandora’s box of precedent that this will set. Guns aside and all. Absolutely not good.

Conversely, if the court rules overreach this could open up a whole Pandora’s box of precedent the other way. Happened with the Valmet and ar-15 (sort of)

I doubt they would EVER give us MORE rights than we already don’t really have.

Yeah good point - still, I think the door swings both ways given the power of the courts
