Leave was granted in March 2026 and the hearing is Nov 9-10, 2026 that's about 8 months. The SCC's own 10-year stats show the average time between granting leave and hearing is 7.9 months.
Agreed. It’s actually got me more nervous that it won’t be fair and the outcome is already decided against us. Government entities don’t usually move that fast
