I think we have a good chance, based on the dubious precedent it would set if they uphold these OICs. It would allow any future government to just arbitraly ban anything they want, without any kind of discourse and that is a slippery slope.

The courts rule in ways the government hates all the time.

Not to be rude,  but dumbass, thats what they want lmao. To be able to arbitrarily ban anything. You think the courts and gov wouldn't be in bed with this? Especially in THIS Corrupt carney gov??
