Wait! What! Isn't it illegal to ship or import hand guns in and out of CanIndia?

Well people with an authorization letter can import hand guns still. RCMP usually have the job of ā€œretrievingā€ guns that lack proper paperwork, so I imagine they have the authority to possess and even import it on the PMā€™s behalf, right on the spot in Turkey, or just like call back and have the import ā€œorderā€ created etc.
