Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

One of my buddies picked up a new 457 Varmint for $850 shipped back in November last year, found a gun store that was listing them on gunpost and I'm guessing they did a cash deal. I can't comment on the rest of your setup but there's definitely better deals out there
