Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

I would get the same gun but chambered in 17 hmr instead of 22LR. My buddy’s got one and it’s accuracy is great
