Buy recommendations Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

( i have difficulty to choose the scope,too much specs to look)

Owned a RPR at one time. Chassis and bolt are sloppy. It'll shoot anything but as others have suggested CCI standard is probably your best bet. S&B have their Canadian "match" (it's far from it) and it'll work fine.
Buy a bag(s) and ditch the bipod, it's another thing to learn.
It hasn't the best fit so get someone experienced to show you how to align and torque it down correctly.
Personally I'd save up and skip the RPR and again as others have suggested buy a CZ457. If you want that skeletonize chassis look get a real metal one and buy a Tikka T1X
