Buy recommendations Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

( i have difficulty to choose the scope,too much specs to look)

Please listen to the other people saying go with a cz 457 and different bipod. 

It is a rifle with a history of proven accuracy. They are used in so many competitions for a reason.

I was shooting my 457 Pro Varmint  and reliably hitting at a 3" gong at 450' in my backyard today with crap Winchester bulk ammo.
