Buy recommendations Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

( i have difficulty to choose the scope,too much specs to look)

I rarely use my bipod and prefer to use bags to shoot instead.

Also, I've had really bad luck with Aguila Super Extra, but I'm using it in a semi-auto. See if you can get CCI Standard Velocity, which is better for precision shooting, but it's sold out in a lot of places. Standard velocity, lead round nose ammo is more accurate for precision shooting since it stays below the sound barrier.

You may want to look at a CZ 457 or T1x instead of the Ruger, as they are more popular for 22LR precision shooting. A CZ 457 with a heavy or Varmint Match barrel will carry you a long way. The CZ 457 and T1x have a lot of aftermarket parts for precision shooting too (e.g., barrels, triggers, chassis systems), which makes them great bases to build on.

For the scope, a Bushnell Match Pro ED or Arken EP5 Gen II is a good start. Get the scope in MIL.

Lastly, check out Tesro. They carry a lot of high-end precision shooting gear that you can drool over.

For the t1x and cz457 , they are like double and triple the price of ruger. My max budget for all setup it 1800-2000$

The CZ 457 is pretty good and echoing /u/Hot_Cheesecake_905's reasoning that you can always buy a chassis later.

Any aftermarket chassis will be a heck of a lot better than the RPR in stock form.

Upgradability may not matter much to you, but I do think the CZ 457 or tika T1x are vastly better platforms per dollar.
