Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

( i have difficulty to choose the scope,too much specs to look)

Cz 457 as a rifle, Athlon btr for scope, bag or Harris bipod and better ammo since it's 22 lr
