Buy recommendations Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

( i have difficulty to choose the scope,too much specs to look)

The Rugers have a terrible reputation amongst the Rimfire PRS community. Get a CZ457 MTR, better bipod(MDT ground pod or Oryx) and better ammo. Scope is meh but it’s not bad for a starter setup, I’d recommend a 5-25 instead if in budget.
