Is it a good starter setup?

So after my recent post, i choose to start with a .22lr rifle for shooting range(100-300yards),it my first gun ever and i want to know guys if this setup it decent? My total budget is lil bit under 2k$ cad. Thanks you

Thank you for not being cheap and buying Turkish Garbage

Some CCI Blazer or Standard would be a better choice for ammo for starting out

Then you can move into aome match grade stuff later on
