Gun and gear reviews What’s going on with Gunpost prices?

What makes people post their used guns for above new prices? I’m looking for a 10/22 brand new they’re about $419.99 in my area, but every post I’m seeing is like $500-$1000. Why would anyone pay more for a used gun? I’m not even talking about modified ones, or optics or anything. Just a standard wood stocked ruger 10/22 for like $800.

I already saw some guy on there trying to sell a Makasi (16" restricted model so direct import from US) for $3500. I think someone may have even posted it on here to laugh at.

Like yeah, no thanks, nobody wants to pay $1000 extra for a 16" model that has to be registered with this insane government. Why would I want a 16" barrel too that I could ONLY use at a range, when I could get an 18" for $1k less, and be able to take it into the bush with me? Stupid.
