What’s going on with Gunpost prices?

What makes people post their used guns for above new prices? I’m looking for a 10/22 brand new they’re about $419.99 in my area, but every post I’m seeing is like $500-$1000. Why would anyone pay more for a used gun? I’m not even talking about modified ones, or optics or anything. Just a standard wood stocked ruger 10/22 for like $800.

Don't enter a market dictated by foreigners or retards. They can both fuc* right off and keep their abused gear.

A used gun is 30% less than new. Period. If the seller is stuck on "minty", or "this is the only one"...they're brain dead. Hard pass and look elsewhere.
