We should promote following the French model to keep Quebecors safe from American-style gun violence. It'll confuse them so much.

Or maybe we just send Provost over to France, it would give her a new pet project and she could totally forget about canada? 2 birds with 1 stone. 

Carney is dropping MPs like flies lately anyway.
