There's no loophole. It just hasn't been banned. That makes it sound like you have to Pat your head and rub your belly and get a rifle like fuck

Not sure about you, but my PAL course consisted of only these two steps. If you were unable to pat your head and rub your belly in opposite directions you did not pass.
