Although, if you look at their statement. I think they finally come to the conclusion that nobody is gonna handover their property and the government just can’t possibly pay for the confiscation.
Carney also said the case between government and CCFR will decide what the government can do with firearm laws.
It leads to my assumption about the possible off ramp for everyone in this clown show.
A. Liberal use their majority to push a major bill reform to ban all the guns that terrifies a certain group of people. This could potentially cost them the election and it still does not solve the hardest part, collecting from us.
B. A big one time grandfathering is the best off ramp for everyone in my opinion.
No new sales on semis. No confiscation. No 2 million new criminals. Leave this issue for someone else in 10 20 years.
Economy is in the shithole. Affordability is a fucking disaster. Gun control is just so low on the ballot question list.
