"This attack could not happen without access to a powerful firearm". Why not?!? The guy release a manifesto, had he not had a firearm I'd imagine he could have rented a car or brought a knife.

Honestly yeah, I’d rather have a gun-toting lunatic who’s so incompetent with his firearm the only civilian casualty comes from the cops boneheadedly doming someone instead of a lunatic with an IED
