We should be banning police from having guns considering they killed a civilian, more than the shooter actually did.

I would be willing to bet the officer who panicked and shot an old man was not a PAL holder, perhaps mandatory PAL training for police would be a good place to start systemic firearms changes

my PAL did not trained me on target acquisition, only on not pointing the barrel at my face

Okay but true though, terrible target understanding. I thought they trained police and military to properly identify targets, let alone us PAL holders??? 

This the type of shooting to get your ass facing a military tribunal 8 years later when it gets leaked to reporters lmao, and I doubt she will face anything.
