There's no loophole. It just hasn't been banned. That makes it sound like you have to Pat your head and rub your belly and get a rifle like fuck

To them, the fact that guns are legal is considered a "loophole". They most famously like to complain that compliance with the stupid laws that they help create is somehow also a "loophole".
