Fix my gun Canuck Elite TacOp - First 50 Shells

Hello! First post. I have a turkunelli clone. After first 50 shells (score 00 buck) I had 5 malfunctions. All of them failures to feed. The shells were damaged trying to be fed. See picture for example.

Thoughts? Is this something that may resolve itself as I continue to break the gun in?

Make sure she’s good and lubed up, and there’s no burrs where the shells are getting poked there. Break in is part of the process with the Turks, they need heavy brass until they smooth out. Good luck

Plus, breaking in any semi auto shotgun is best done with 50-100 high velocity SLUGS
your failure to feed is likely due to ammo selection.
I picked up an operator elite and ran a few boxes of HV slugs through it, and now it cycles light weight birdshot no problem
That shell damage definitely looks like you need to take a dremel to some high/rough points in your action to smooth it out.
Disassemble the entire thing before doing this to prevent metal shavings/flakes/dust jamming up any other part of your new toy
