I still don't think the Liberals will issue additional OICs given the current supreme court stuff.

Not to mention they can't really touch the SKS because it's used heavily by the first Nations.

Not that is any guarantee and don't get me wrong, it's a tragic event but we need more details

They aren’t above blatant racism. SKS for natives but nobody else isn’t out of the question.

It is already legal for an entity to make a request to Human Rights Commissions for exemptions. This is how diversity training programs and the like are allowed to exist. So an indigenous SKS exemption is a possibility.
