He walked upto an active shooting situation as if to complain about the noise.

If you've seen the footage you really can't blame the cop, the way that bystander was acting was inexplicable.

Cops receive training for these situations and should be able to identify targets before shooting them. She hid behind a block of concrete while her partner was killed then got confused and shot the old man.

She wasn't confused.

If you watch the video the shooter comes from the exact same place the bystander did almost immediately after.

This was the absolute utmost of dangerous situations. As far as training? Lmao.

Cops shoot 30 rounds a year to qualify. They aren't highly trained ert operators preparing for these situations.

You don’t shoot the wrong person then get flanked if you’re not confused. The lack of training definitely shows then

Where in the video does she get flanked?

Or do you not know what that word means?

When the shooter runs right up beside her because he’s hiding behind the concrete block then shoots her in the back as she crawls away. The cop across the street saved her

She's facing the direction the shooter is coming from, pops up and tries to get a shot off, and appears to suffer a ftf.

She then gets hit and tries to crawl away.

He assaulted her position, she didn't get flanked.

Once she had been shot, sure she made a poor tactical decision. Getting shot isn't exactly fun however.
