My bet is the government burrys this one quickly because the only civilian casualty was clearly friendly fire from the RCMP officer in the video

I feel really bad for the civilian.

I’m not LE and I can’t say how I would’ve reacted had I been in that scenario, but the civilian was trying to seek shelter from an active shooter and was hit. ;(
