The civilian that died was shot by one of the officers who got startled. Horrifying footage. If anything comes out of this, it needs to be better training for police.

It’s legitimately bad, the shooter fully ignores civilians and the one civilian that dies is point blank from a cop. I know adreline and such plays a role but in the army they told us “that’s not an excuse” if you kill a civilian you will be charged, it’s on you
