Was it a "modern" sks or did it just have a foregrip

shooter reloaded with a stripper clip from the top and it likely was what got him killed

...so our laws that prevents the criminals to lazy to modify there rifle or buy something else were "successful"? I wonder if he did the unthinkable and it could hold all 10 rounds!!
