Condolences to the family of the civilian the 2nd officer killed point blank because of poor training.

It's difficult to say this without appearing insensitive, but as someone that has extensive training with guns I'd probably have shot that person too. From what I can see in the videos, that person popped out of nowhere in a high intensity gunfight. The police officer didn't necessarily know if it was the shooter that came around that corner.

I don’t think that she shot him, I believe that the shooter did since you can hear 3 loud shots one after the other that sounds like Norinco Red Box 7.62 rounds. Only time will tell I guess.

In the video that will not be posted, it looks like she shoots him twice, then a third time. Then the guy runs up and takes a shot, you hear the snap of the rounds when he fires that isn't there for the 3 shots into the civilian. (pistol vs rifle)

Later on in the video you can hear police officers opening fire with pistols on the gunman and it definitely doesn’t sound like those 3 shots. Even the female police officer opened fire on the gunman and the sound is distinct.

Someone just posted a different angle, she 100% shoots the guy twice, then taps him out.

In this video, the guy is reloading when the civ gets killed, so no question there, plus you can see her gun recoiling.
