Misc Potential for collective action regarding ATRS?

Those of us who paid ATRS in full for a product, yet never received any material goods or were issued a refund, would anyone be interested in a potential collective legal action?

It sucks they've shut their doors, but not refunding us is shady af and I will be discussing our options with a lawyer come Monday.

If the company is defunct I’m not sure who’d you collect against even if you got a judgment. You can sue them over $2,000 or whatever but it's going to be like trying to get blood from a stone. Won't be worth the legal fees even if you could recover.

A lawyer once told me "people who sue are either very rich or very poor." A decent lawyer costs $2000 before the claim is even filed.

All against a defunct company that will lose anything they have left in legal fees?
