Why why why can we not just sue poly into the fucking ground?? Im not talking class action, Im talking thousands of individual small claims suits. They want scorched earth, lets give them scorched fucking earth.

That's a good question - for a lawyer.

Kinda seems to me like their comments should be treading into actual libel, but I don't know much about actual law.
