Leftists fucking hate neoliberals as much as conservatives do, which is strange considering that save for a scant few issues like guns and immigration, neoliberals often play directly into conservatives’ hands as we see with American Democrats

It's not just lies but the liberal mind views the world as the way they think things are, or the way they think things ought to be. You can explain to them the actual legislation, statistics, etc and when it conflicts with their made-up narrative there is no introspection, it is simply you who are wrong. And intentionally wrong at that.
