Here is what I wrote: "The title is intentionally misleading. Most of the guns that CAN be traced come back to Canada. The problem is, most guns in Firearm related crimes CANNOT be traced, so their origin cannot be determined. The RCMP then assumes that if a Firearm can't be traced, it is native to Canada, even if the Firearm is a Prohibited Firearm."
