Safe to shoot?

I was gifted some miscellaneous 22lr and 12g shells . They have varying degrees of patina and corrosion (see in sample). Do you think these are safe to shoot and if so what level of corrosion is to much.

Honestly from the look id run all of these except maybe the one 12 gauge with active rust/gunk on it. Ive found and used ammo from abandoned properties that was in far worse condition but still ran fine just dirty
