Found this in a shop. It does not seem russian ( even do the tag says it is).

I don’t think we get anything Russian anymore, and everything left is old stock. China still comes in. Don’t quote me on that, I don’t know much of anything

this isnt new. when the stuff in the donbass kicked into higher gear in the lat 2010s the only thing around was chinese corrosive stuff
