Correct yes, you do need to be a member of some sort of firing range or rod and gun club. You also have to be a member of BCTSA (50$), but I signed up the night before and submitted my paperwork the next day and got it
I thought the gun club needs to be associated with the shooting association no? And not all clubs are ? That was my understanding anyways. Maybe someone smarter can clarify?
So if your club isn't affiliated with BCSTA, then getting a membership directly with BCSTA fulfills requirements to get exemption ? You can be with any club in BC?
