Gun and gear reviews Taylor arms 9mm TC73

Post image

Anyone have any experience with it? Came across my Facebook feed and my only negative feeling is that it’s not a DBM (or semi auto but that’s another issue) but it’s still a cool concept.

No experience with it but I think it’s probably great. From what I understand Uberti makes “to spec” reproductions but then companies like Taylors & Cimarron commission products from them but smooth everything out. Fwiw I’ve owned Ubertis and they never had issues.

I’m always a bit worried about rimless cartridges in firearms not originally designed for them, but it is 2026 so I’m sure they’ve worked out any kinks.

Keep your chamber clean and I bet it will function flawlessly, probably holds a good amount in the magazine too. Btw, 1873 pattern rifles are super cool, like an OG ar with a dust cover and everything!
