Application / Regulation advice Ontario Borrowing ATT

For the past 10 days or so, I've been trying to get through to the Ontario CFO to obtain a firearm borrowing ATT. I sent an email to apply 10 days ago and have called numerous times.

Seems like they have been closed throughout and unable to get through on call.

Any advice?

You can get ATTs online through the RCMP firearms program portal and it takes all of 5 minutes

He is borrowing a firearm so he has to call in

Borrowing a restricted or non-restricted?

Why would anybody borrow a restricted in today’s world lol
