Considering it's labelled just as "SKS", I'm betting it was someone without a ton of knowledge on what they had. Everyone else would advertise it as SKS-D. Pricing is also pretty inline with regular SKS models, Ds are worth significantly more, so I think they just didn't know the difference. 

But, I also basically refuse to deal with any adding without reviews. Not worth the risk.

I was selling a rifle recently and had a guy ask, a new account, 1 day old, with 0 reviews "can my buddy come pick up the rifle for me?". I took a gard pass on that, wouldn't even say if his buddy had a PAL and stopped responding when I said I would need to run his PAL and his buddies beforehand. Felt very sketchy.

I'd also almost always rather ship the firearm, with payment ahead of time. I'll occasionally let accounts with a lot of reviews, and if they seem trustworthy and friendly, meet me at my house.

Just a reminder to everyone to be very careful about meeting people at your home. If the account is newer, or few or no reviews, don't let them know where you live. It would not surprise me if criminals went fishing on GP to try and get addresses of gun owners.

Oh wait, the RCMP already provided them that info by leaking all our data anyway. Thanks guys!

I would never meet someone at my house. They can meet at my gun club or not at all.
