Feets / Collection / My build Blasphemy? Maybe.

The rear ghost ring on the irons is way too big for me to shoot this gun with any repeatability. The red dot makes a huge difference. Ordered a smaller stem in order to actually use the irons as backup.

S&W 1854 .44, Vortex Sparc 2.

You're focusing on the front sight, correct?

The 1854 rear aperture is not big. It shouldn't be causing you problems if you have your fundamentals down.

My riger scout gen 1 in 308 has a similar ghost ring but the rear is about 2/3rds the size and I can hit a 6inch gong at 250 yards all day that that.
