Buy recommendations Renegade MKII

Considering purchasing this, any advice on the optics or the magazine?

MKII owners, can I use this for shots beyond 100m? Is the vortex optic reliable enough for that?

Is there anything else I should add to my cart?

Been patiently waiting for MRA to release their mags.... but i may give into BCL mags soon as well.
