Buy recommendations Renegade MKII

Considering purchasing this, any advice on the optics or the magazine?

MKII owners, can I use this for shots beyond 100m? Is the vortex optic reliable enough for that?

Is there anything else I should add to my cart?

They take MRX Bison mags?

The Mk2s have magwells cut to accept them, mind you the bolt catch has to be removed in order to have it function without needing modifications done to the MRX magazines (although that doesn't really account for how shit those magazines somewhat are anyway).
