Buy recommendations Renegade MKII

Post image

Considering purchasing this, any advice on the optics or the magazine?

MKII owners, can I use this for shots beyond 100m? Is the vortex optic reliable enough for that?

Is there anything else I should add to my cart?

Duramag LAR15 10 rnd mags are 100%. They're better than the plastic ProMag that came with it.

4-12x is great for 100 yds off a bench but see if you can stretch to a side focus or adjustable objective lens to combat parallax in that shorter than ideal (for neutral parallax) distance.

I basically won't buy scopes without side focus anymore.

Honestly super impressed by the Riton scopes that have been floating around lately on sale, for the price they're very good honestly. All my scopes are $200-$500, but the Riton Primal 4-16x44 is actually my favourite.
