Misc IWI Carmel Event

Not sure if this is allowed on the sub but I saw this pop up, If anyone lives in the area and is interested in trying out the IWI Carmel before purchasing it I think this would be a great opportunity! Easthill Outdoors is in Clarington ON

Its 10 rounds. Not nearly enough for any meaningful review.

I can already hear new gun owners "Wow the recoil is sooo light, what a smooth shooter"

It's 10 rounds per person. Throughout the day tho it could be 1000 plus. It's actually a decent torture test for it, shooting back to back to back like that. I'd be interested how it performs near the end of the day

Sounds like you can shoot more than 10rd though, they're just charging $10 for every 10rd. If someone wanted to spend $50 I assume they could shoot 50.

That's like a whole 10 mags! Haha

At least it would give you a feel for the rifle. Would be cool if they had an Mk15 there too to handle both in person.

I still think it's a valuable opportunity to check out the build and ergos of it. 

My step father in the US has used Carmels before and speaks very highly of them. I'm still going with the Mk15 instead though.

Never heard anything bad about it. One YouTube guy had a slight issue and Brigade fixed him right up. Just seems like there's a lot of low round count "reviews" out there currently.
