Buy recommendations Watch my local gunsmith make 200$
This is the second time this happens (after 500 rounds and +115 rounds after that).
Because I re-screwed the picatinny rail screws and added blue loctite myself (which wasn't done from the factory), I've voided the warrant for this component according to Stoeger Canada. So basically I can't screw in my own loose screws without voiding warranty on the screws and threads.
I was gonna recommend all Beretta 1301 owners to loctite their thread when they buy their brand new shotgun, but I can't even properly recommend that.

A shotgun blast is powerful, but the receiver and bolt contain the explosion and the bolt flys back at full force to what suppose to be a smooth 'ride' backwards.
In the video, as you shoot the red dot goes flying and you should ask yourself, why.
My guess is that your screws were too long, like many many many occurrences I have observed on this sub. Because they were too long they were pushing against the barrel extension (the part of the barrel that goes into the receiver) that puts tension on both the screws and the barrel.
Once you shoot the bolt fly backwards and instead of smooth ride back there is resistance from the screws. However due to the force of the blast it overcame whatever pressure was on that barrel and blasted the screws away.
My guess that if your screws were shorter this wouldn't have happened.
After rewatching you can see the sequence.
It's not - the whole thing exploded at once and the red dot flew.
It's more 1. Blast 2. Bolt goes backwards and red dot flys at the same time which confirms it
