Just about had this set up how I wanted to be. The only thing I was missing was a longer stock to increase the LOP for my long gangly self.

Seeing all these posts with SKSs in them really makes me regret trading mine off for a Mosserg 500 Mariner… that I never even shot and traded for an Axis, that I sold without shooting. 🤦🏽‍♂️

Gawd looking back I was such a schmuck of a kid. Lessons have been learned the hard way for sure.

Damn these were so sweet. Hate I missed the boat on these. With how these prohibitions are going it’s almost better to lock in anything even if it gets banned. At least there’s a chance they’re undone or you can be grandfathered

That’s the biggest take away. I’ve missed the boat on so many things because I kept saying “ehh I’ll grab it later.” That’s clearly come and gone, hopefully just for now.

If the chance ever comes up again, I’ve already got my little shopping list ready to go.
